5 Quick Tips For Doing Split Hair Color At Home:

  • Use a trusted brand like Manic Panic or Arctic Fox.
  • Lighten your hair first to achieve a more vibrant color.
  • Use a rat-tail comb to create the perfect part down the middle of your head; fasten each section out of the way with clips or hair ties.
  • Make sure to saturate the hair thorougly with color.
  • Take extra care not to overlap the color on the other side. Be very slow and careful when dying the hair near the part.

Hi I'm looking for ideas and was wondering if you could help me. I am loving split hair colour at the moment and I want one half Emerald green but I'm sure of what colour to have the half. What colour/colours would you suggest?

Thank you

Red is the complementary color for green, so that would look really good... however, it would be pretty Christmasy. I absolutely love the idea of a lavender type color with emerald green. Hope that helps :)
