If there is one trend I have seen emerge this year, it is some special effects-style Halloween makeup… and I love it. Halloween costume makeup is very trendy this year and also a creative way to dress up your Halloween costumes. Note that it goes a little deeper than the “sugar skull,” which has been popular for the last few years.
