Today I want to introduce a fun way to do your makeup this Halloween: eyes on eyelids!
To do this look, you just have to paint eyes on your eyelids with makeup. This way, when your eyes or closed, it will look like they are still open…
Eyes on Eyelids:
- To create this look, first, I used MAC “White Frost” eyeshadow to cover my whole eyelid with a solid white base. Make sure to pack it on there kinda heavy.
- Next, I used black eyeliner to draw an outline of my eyes. I tried to mimic the way I typically wear my winged eyeliner so it looks believable.
- Also using the eyeliner, you’ll want to paint a black pupil in the middle of your eyelids.
- Finally, I used purple Micabella eyeshadow to draw an iris around the pupil.
The cool thing about this look is that it almost looks like normal makeup when your eyes are open. Also, it was pretty easy to do. It only took me a few more minutes than my normal makeup did.
What do you think about the “eyes on eyelids” look? Are you willing to give it a shot? I’d love to read your feedback in the comments section below.
