lloweHalloween is one of my absolute favorite times of the year. Since my birthday is on November 1st, I almost always had costume parties every year, growing up. There is nothing more fun than dressing up and I love to see how elaborate the costumes have become over the years. You don’t even need a full costume, if you have the skills to pull off some dope makeup. Here are 5 of the scariest Halloween makeup tutorials I could find:
