Pick the color that you want  your hair to be.  Pour the pack of Kool Aid into a mixing bowl.

    This post is encouraging. I have been slwloy dropping the amount of shampoo I use. I am down to twice a week instead of 7 days and am looking forward to being an occaional Vinegar rinse. My sensitive scalp and hair have been much healthier since the change. Thanks for this post. It encourages me to stay on the path I’m on. Loved the articles cited.
